This position provides a balanced caseload focusing on individualized support, allowing you to make a meaningful impact during the contract period.

Work Setting: Elementary School
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, primarily onsite with the flexibility of one work-from-home day
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services tailored to students with moderate to severe communication challenges
- Collaborate closely with educators and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Adapt therapy interventions to meet diverse student needs within the school environment
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Certification: SLP with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Previous experience providing speech and language services in school settings
- Knowledge of best practices for working with elementary-aged students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work well with staff, students, and families
